We want you to feel confident shopping with Suit Lab. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy in-store returns or exchange, and a convenient postal return option, subject to the policy below.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the below conditions are met.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Suits must be returned in their original suit bag and hanger
  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How Returns Work

In-Store Returns

We offer free returns and exchanges in store.

Postal Returns

If returning by post, you can purchase our $10 return label. (See below for more information)

The $10 label fee will be deducted from your refund once processed.

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return.

Exchanges (Important)

To avoid delays and ensure you don’t miss out on your preferred size or style, we process exchanges as a return and new order.

  1. Place a new order for the item you would like.
  2. Send your original item back to us (following the return conditions above).

This allows us to dispatch your new item immediately, rather than waiting for your return to arrive first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

If returning by post, the $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

Bought the wrong size or style? Bring it into Suit Lab store for a free return or exchange. Simple, quick, and hassle-free.

Return by Post

Can’t make it in-store? Return your item by post using our printed return label. A $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.

Please have your order number ready, which can be found in your order confirmation email. Make sure to include the # when filling the form, for example #12345.
